Everyone has a pile. Keys, sunglasses, a lighter, the watch that comes off at the door, loose change that migrates across every flat surface in the house. This is where that pile goes.
The floor is cut as a topographic contour map – concentric terraces stepping down toward the centre, so small things settle in the middle instead of scattering. Deep enough that nothing escapes when you drop a keyring in from height. Wide enough for a folded pair of shades with room to spare.
Printed in matte black with the layer lines left visible. We don’t sand them out. Up close you can read exactly how it was made, which is the point – this came off a machine in a workshop, not a mould in a factory.
Sits on a desk, an entryway shelf, a workbench, or wherever the pile already lives.
