mancavegarage.in is operated by Man Cave Garage, an individual seller based in India. By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older, and able to enter into a contract under Indian law, to buy from this website.

Our products

Every piece we sell is made to order and checked by hand before it ships. That has a few consequences worth stating plainly:

• Slight variation in colour, finish and surface texture between pieces is normal and is not a defect.
• Visible print layer lines are part of how these objects are made and how they are meant to look.
• Photographs are taken as accurately as we can manage, but screens vary, so colours may not match exactly.
• These are display pieces, not toys. They are not suitable for children under 14, and some contain small parts.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include delivery anywhere in India. There are no separate shipping charges at checkout.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

We try to keep prices accurate, but if an item is listed at an obviously wrong price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if this happens.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order and confirm it by email.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if the item is no longer available, if the payment is flagged as fraudulent, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if the order was placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Made-to-order and personalised pieces

Some pieces are printed to order, including anything carrying a name or custom text. For these:

• We print exactly the text you enter at checkout, including spelling and spacing. Please check it before paying.
• Personalised pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• They cannot be returned or refunded except where they arrive damaged or we have made an error.

Shipping and delivery

We ship across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 7 to 10 working days of payment, and shipping is free on all orders across India. Delivery typically takes a few working days after dispatch depending on your location.

Once your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number. Delivery itself is carried out by third-party couriers, and once a parcel is handed to them we cannot control the exact delivery date. Delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will help you chase a delayed parcel.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it after reasonable attempts, we can resend it once you pay the cost of the second shipment.

We currently ship only within India.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, for a piece that is not to your taste, or because a handmade piece varies slightly from the photographs.

We will replace or refund your order in these situations:

• The item arrives broken or damaged.
• The item never arrives, and the courier confirms it as lost.
• We sent you the wrong item, or a personalised piece does not match the text you submitted.

To claim, email hello@mancavegarage.in within 48 hours of delivery (or, for a parcel that never arrived, within 7 days of the expected delivery date). Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. An unboxing video is the single most useful thing you can send us for a damage claim, and we would strongly recommend filming one.

Once a claim is approved, we will either send a replacement or refund you to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You may be asked to return the damaged item, in which case we cover the cost.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Indian consumer law where goods are defective or not as described.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched, by emailing hello@mancavegarage.in with your order number. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled. Personalised pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Our designs

All designs, 3D models, photographs, text and branding on this website belong to us. Buying a piece gives you the physical object. It does not give you the right to copy it, scan it, reproduce it by any process, or sell replicas.

Using this website

Please do not attempt to break into, scrape, overload or interfere with this website, or use it for anything unlawful. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

Our liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by misuse of a piece, by exposure to heat or direct sunlight, or by use other than as a display object.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, write to hello@mancavegarage.in with your order number. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
