No returns
Because every piece is made to order, often with your name on it, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Damaged or defective
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@mancavegarage.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before production begins. Once a personalised piece is in production, or the parcel has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Where a refund applies (for example, we cancel your order), it goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
